Software operator — processor (Art. 28 GDPR)
The software is developed and operated on behalf of the joint controllers by T-Cloud Solutions Kft. (company reg. no. 01-09-438601; tax no. 32710148-2-43; 1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 9. 4. emelet) under a written data processing agreement (DPA).
Recipients and processors of the website
Beyond the software operator above, the following parties receive data when you use tdhr.hu:
- Cégadat API (cegadatapi.hu) — Company-name autocomplete on the quote-request form — the typed search term is forwarded. When searching for a sole trader or limited partnership this may also be personal data.
- Google LLC (USA) — Analytics, reCAPTCHA — Traffic measurement (with consent) and abuse prevention. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- DigitalOcean, LLC (USA) — Hosting — running the website, server-side logs.
- Mailjet (Sinch Email, EU) — Sending operational error notifications to IT. Visitor IP addresses are included only in anonymised form (last octet zeroed).
2. Scope of Personal Data Processed
We may process the following data during the use of the tdhr.hu website:
- Data provided through the contact form (name, email, phone number, company name, message)
- Cookies and analytics data (Google Analytics)
- IP address and browser data (for website operation)
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
- Contact and quote requests: Processing your enquiry, preparing a quote and responding to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); or, where the enquiry is not aimed at a contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and maintaining business relationships (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics: Analysis of website usage. Legal basis: your consent (cookie consent).
- Website operation: Processing data necessary for the technical operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Duration of Data Processing
Contact data is stored until the enquiry is answered, but no longer than 1 year. Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Retention periods for the use of the employment platform (Anyway / TudatOS systems) are set out in the umbrella privacy notice published at tudatosdiak.hu.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding data processing:

Non-essential cookies (analytics) load only after you consent via the cookie banner; your choice is stored in your browser. reCAPTCHA runs only on the quote-request form to prevent abuse. We do not run any marketing pixel, tag manager or session-recording tool on this site.
