Software operator — processor (Art. 28 GDPR)
The software is developed and operated on behalf of the joint controllers by T-Cloud Solutions Kft. (tax no. 32710148243; 1117 Budapest, Dombóvári út 9.) under a written data processing agreement (DPA).
2. Scope of Personal Data Processed
We may process the following data during the use of the tdhr.hu website:
- Data provided through the contact form (name, email, phone number, company name, message)
- Cookies and analytics data (Google Analytics)
- IP address and browser data (for website operation)
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
- Contact: Processing and responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Analytics: Analysis of website usage. Legal basis: your consent (cookie consent).

Contact data is stored until the enquiry is answered, but no longer than 1 year. Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Platform-use retention periods are described in the umbrella Privacy Notice.
