With placement, we help you find your new colleague, and you then hire and employ them. With staff leasing, they are employed by us: we handle the employment contract, payroll, tax authority registration and administration, and you direct the work.
How much does it cost?
Placement costs HUF 100,000 + VAT per position, with a 30-day search. For staff leasing we give you a custom quote, as the fee depends on the role and the salary.
Where do we look for candidates?
We advertise the role on our own jobs page and in the Tudatos Diák app, where students finishing their studies see it too, and we also search our candidate base.
Is the questionnaire mandatory for applicants?
No. The questionnaire is optional and non-exclusionary: anyone who skips it still stays among the applicants. Those who complete it receive their own results.
